Insights Discovery uses a language of colour that is simple to understand and remember. That means that people can continue to use the Insights Discovery terminology on a daily basis, which is vital when conflicts arise, team dynamics change or there is a change in leadership.

How it works

Insights Discovery is a simple and accessible four colour model that helps us to understand ourselves and others. Every person has all four colour energies within them; it is the combination of these energies which creates each unique personality. Our colour energies refer to a set of characteristics that tend to be our most preferred or most natural way to be.

Introduction to Insights Discovery (Remote Delivery)

A two hour introduction to Insights delivered via Zoom, Teams or your company webinar software. The purpose of the workshop is to introduce the Insights Discovery Model, explore and facilitate discussions on team preferences.

This can be delivered in conjunction with Feedback Sessions for individual participants.

Foundation Workshop – Personal Effectiveness

A half day workshop. Introducing the Insights Discovery model and helping people to improve their understanding of themselves to perform at their best. People can then easily adapt and connect with others, which leads to workplaces where innovation, creativity and productivity thrive.

Foundation to Trust Workshop

A half day workshop. Introducing the Insights Discovery model and helping people to improve their understanding of themselves to perform at their best. Learning about other’s preferences to enable the team to build trust and work together to improve communication. Leading to a team working better together.

Team Effectiveness Workshop

A full day workshop. Effective teams are the building blocks of successful organisations, so it’s vital that they are balanced, focused and cohesive. Team effectiveness helps teams find their balance and give their best performance, even during difficult times.

Being an Authentic Manager Workshop

A full day workshop. Being a Manager can be tough especially when you feel that you can’t be yourself. This workshop uses the Management chapters from Insights Discovery to explore your management style, your impact on others, how you can adapt and connect whilst still being you, and includes planning what happens when you are back in your work environment.

Managing a Remote Team

A half day workshop (that can be delivered remotely over 2 sessions). This session explores the impact remote working has on building relationships in the team, how to connect your team in the remote environment, your role as a manager and how to ensure effective communication.

Team Readiness Workshop

A full day workshop. This workshop was designed for a large team about to embark on a high stress project that would run over a prolonger period of time. The workshop explores team effectiveness before helping the team to better understand how pressure and stress may impact them, including triggers, symptoms of pressure and how they could support each other. Providing a common language that helps create safe conversations.

Effective Influencing & Negotiating / Sales Effectiveness Workshop

A full day customisable workshop. Effective influencing and negotiating is based around the skills required for sales; whether this is sales to a customer or selling a process, service or change to internal stakeholders. This workshop is designed to explore a sales person’s mindset, capability and behaviour at every stage of the sale.

Leadership Effectiveness Discovery

Building on the foundation model of personal effectiveness, we work with leaders to explore their personal style and unique values. Through a series of workshops and coaching sessions, leaders explore and learn how their individual style and preferences manifest themselves in their leadership.
