The Evolved Manager
The Evolved Manager is a new approach to People Manager development.
It takes a proactive and positive approach focusing on development of relationships, being able to adapt and connect with your team and communication skills to improve performance and engagement.
Who is it for?
The Evolved Manager Mastermind is ideal for people who have had People Manager responsibility for a little while and have got the basics in place but want to develop some of their ‘softer’ more behavioural related skills so that they can lead their teams to higher levels of performance. The key is their attitude to people and whether they can see the value in different styles of people management.

By the end of the Mastermind you will have a clear understanding of the behaviours and attributes that make you a great manager. You will have clarity and confidence on what your team needs from you and you will have developed practical skills that you will have the opportunity to practise and discuss within your support community.
You will have begun your work with your team on the team relationships, setting standards and expectations that allow you to get the best out of your team. You will be able to take a more proactive approach to your management style which will create opportunities for you to identify potential issues and deal with them in a more informal way. “Nipping things in the bud.” You will have Evolved and you will have access to a toolkit that allows you to continue your evolution even when you have finished the programme.
Pre-course Requirements:
You need to have people management responsibility for at least two people and you must be open to exploring these values:

- Giving and receiving respectful challenge
- Share information – knowledge is power so empower your team.
- Being open to communication > great listener > great observer
- Understanding the needs of the team and valuing their differences
- Role model your personal learning
- Having a sense of humour and showing vulnerability

How will I Learn?
The Mastermind provides a hybrid learning experience with material available to you in modules including video’s, tasks and downloadable workbooks.
You will also be invited to a monthly virtual mastermind check in to provide accountability, support, advice and space for Q&A. This will be recorded for people that cannot attend.
A private community to support your Evolution and connect you with fellow managers.
