Support Helpline

Virtual support available between 8:30 to 17:30 for queries relating to HR or employment law related issues. Subjects discussed may include handbooks, contracts, coaching people managers on how to support a team member, statutory requirements, benefits, contractual issues, probationary reviews, sickness and absence, family leave and pay, performance management, disciplinary issues, development and policy or procedure clarification.

• Monthly virtual HR check in meetings to help you plan your HR activities, nip any concerns in the bud and keep up to date with HR changes that may affect your business
• Employee Contract templates

• Supporting template letters and documentation
• Induction checklist and probationary review support
• Coaching and advice on HR related situations
• Monthly Newsletter
• Access to free HR Resource Hub including webinars and articles
• Up to 6 hours per month of virtual HR support for up to twenty people

£300 per month

Additional Services

We are happy to support you with projects outside of this scope and our day rates are:

HR Administrator    £320

HR Advisor               £350

HR Director             £750

 All Monthly fees are based on a minimum 12 month contract and are subject to VAT.

Service and fees will be confirmed in writing once the Employers Health check has been completed.
