Would you like to understand how you like to communicate and more about your strengths and weaknesses?

Insights Discovery Profiles are the perfect way to answer those questions and so many more. By spending 15 minutes completing the evaluator we are able to produce your 20 page personalised report giving you personal insights into how you tick.

You will then be invited to book your feedback session so that you can work through your profile with a trained and licenced Insights Practitioner who will help you navigate your findings.

In addition to your profile and feedback session you will also receive additional supporting materials.

Your Insights Discovery Profile

Includes an overview of you providing accurate feedback on how you show up, make decisions and interact with others. Before moving on to explore your strengths and possible weaknesses, how you contribute to a team, your communication needs, blind spots, your opposite type, dealing with your opposite type, suggestions for development and the Insights system graphics – as a first step to self-understanding.
